Los ciudadanos españoles han remitido en los últimos cinco años casi 77.000 peticiones de Derecho al Olvido, tras la sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea (TJUE) de 2014 que permite solicitar que su información personal no aparezca indexada en los buscadores cuando esta no sea pertinente o esté obsoleta.
