La juez María Núñez ha archivado la causa por las presuntas irregularidades en los avales y préstamos concedidos por la Agencia de Innovación y Desarrollo de Andalucía al entender que no hay indicios de que se favorecía a determinadas empresas de forma arbitraria e irregular. La juez además ha acordado en un auto el sobreseimiento provisional respecto a los cuatro ex altos cargos de la Junta de Andalucía Jacinto Cañete, Martín Soler, Juan Francisco Sánchez y Jesús María Rodríguez que permanecían como investigados en este procedimiento. En el escrito la magistrada señala que, en esta causa, se investigaban indicios apreciados en la actuación de la agencia que pudieran llevar a pensar que se desviaban fondos públicos a determinadas empresas de forma irregular.

Judge María Núñez has filed the case for alleged irregularities in the guarantees and loans granted by the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia on understanding that there is no indication that certain companies were favored arbitrarily and irregularly. The judge has also agreed on a provisional dismissal in relation to the four former high-ranking officials of the Junta de Andalucía, Jacinto Cañete, Martín Soler, Juan Francisco Sánchez and Jesús María Rodríguez, who remained under investigation in this proceeding. In the letter, the magistrate indicates that, in this case, there were investigated indications appreciated in the performance of the agency that could lead to think that public funds were diverted to certain companies in an irregular manner.
