This keynote speech was delivered at Rotary District Assembly of Rotary International District 3080 at Noor Mahal, Karnal, Haryana, India. It was presided by DG Rtn. Manpreet Singh. PDG Rtn. JPS Sibiya was the Assembly Secretary and Assembly Chairman was Rtn. T K Ruby. The various dignitories included Past District Governors (PDG), District Governor Nominee (DGN), past Presidents, Presidents, Secretaries, Office Bearers of different Rotary Clubs of Distt. 3080 comprising of Rotary Clubs of Jagadhari, Narwana, Haridwar, Chandigarh, Ambala, Mussoorie, Jwalapur, Roop Nagar, Dehradun, Paonta Sahib, saharanpur, shimla, karnal, roorkie, Shahabad Markanda, Deoband, Sonipat, Kaithal, Panipat, Ladwa, Kurukshetra, Nahan, and Yamunanagar.
All the new and old members of these clubs appreciated this Hindi Motivational Keynote Speech on People Power. I tried to explain the importance of people in one's life. To be a successful Politician you need voters, to be a saint you need pupil, to be a shopkeeper you need customers, to be an employer you need employees, to be a trainer you need trainees, to be a father you need children, to be brother you need a sister, to be wife you
need a husband and to be a friend you need to have a friend. That is at every situation, position and relation, you need others, other people. So you need People always and that is the reason you need to value People.
I have tried to explain by giving a famous analogy of spellings of BUSINESS. In business, u comes first and then comes I. Why not make this world as a BUSINESS. Why not all Us should come before all Is.
